01What does my rent include?
Delivery, install, haul-away of your old unit, and repairs for normal wear and tear. The price on the page is the price on your card — no surprise fees. I hate those too.
02What if something breaks?
Text or call. Wear-and-tear repairs are free, and I'm usually out within 72 hours. If you're mid-crisis with a week of laundry piled up, say so — I'll shuffle the schedule.
03Where do you deliver?
The KC metro, both sides of the state line — Olathe to Independence, Gladstone to Grandview. Not sure about your address? Call and I'll tell you straight.
04How long is the rental?
Depends on the item — appliances run month-to-month, and plenty of gear rents by the week or day. No long-term contracts, and none of that rent-to-own math where a $700 washer somehow costs $2,400. Keep it while it's useful, return it when it's not.
05What about the deposit?
Each rental lists a refundable deposit on its page. Return it in good shape and it comes back to you. No fine print.
06Do you repair equipment I already own?
Right now I stick to fixing the gear I rent out. Give me a call anyway — happy to point you in the right direction.
